The Pee-Wee Herman Tribute Show
On super sale HERE
Once again, I am so excited to be participating in another great Gallery 1988 show! Opening Friday, July 29th, at their Venice location, I Know You Art, But What am I? is a tribute to the amazing Pee-Wee Herman, and should be beyond good.
I based my piece on the first of many scenes from Pee-Wee’s Big Adventure that truly creeped me out. Pee-Wee chains his bike up to an animatronic clown and goes shopping, but when he returns it’s been stolen, and the clown is looking twice as scary..

That whole movie scared the crap out of me when I was a kid. Large Marge, scariest thing ever.
That’s a rad clown.
Do you have any of the pee wee bike in chains prints/paintings for sale? Ben
