A Few for the Wall Street Journal

I’m running a little behind on this blog lately, so I’m combining the last couple of jobs I did for the WSJ into one single post!  As I may have mentioned in the past, I love working for newspapers, b/c I think the quick turn-around (sometimes only 2 hours!) is a really exciting challenge.  I’ve done a couple of small spots for the Wall Street Journal’s ‘Off Duty’ section the past few weeks, all for the Fixer section.

The first was all about finding the right hideaway bed for out-of-town guests:

Then a set of illustrated instructions on how-to wrap your headphone cords so the don’t tangle:

This week I did a couple of pieces about how-to take better pics of babies w/ a smartphone:

More LV Bags

I’ve been doing a string of personalized, hand-painted Louis Vuitton bags for some clients lately, which have been such a fun change of pace!  Below are a few of my favorites..

NY Times Op-Ed: Does Preschool Work?

I did another quick piece for the NY Times Op-Ed, all about whether or not preschool is effective in creating smarter kids.  Below is the finish, along with a few sketches, but you can read the full article HERE.
