Round #4.

I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again: I had an AMAZING time at Coach during Fashion’s Night Out last Thursday! It was also fun to see & meet some of my favorite fashion bloggers (Keiko Lynn, Clothes Horse, Coquette, nitro:licious, etc), who were also guests of Coach for the night.
Read the long version of my night HERE.
Below are a few pictures from the event, then a few of the 10 min bags I worked on, and finally the bag I did for Coach’s archive.

The show will feature artists Dave MacDowell, Brandon Bird, Neatherland and yours truely and should be full of endless pop culture refeneces. I’ll be posting all of my work for the show in the next couple of days.

The GIVEAWAY:
I would also like to announce a special giveaway I am doing as a way to thank everyone for their wonderful support of this series as well as the overwhelming response to my ‘save.my.hand’ SALE.
I will be giving away one of the original paintings I did for Paper Magazine to a randomly selected fan of the series! Everyone who purchases a set of prints between now and July 31st will have their name put into the mix that I will be selecting from. I will post the winner on my blog on August 1st.
So excited about this. xo

So as any die-hard Seinfeld fan knows, references to the show can be made to just about anything. Since I find myself practicing Seinfeldology almost daily, I decided to take a sampling of these and throw them into a giant heap. Here’s piece #2 that I created for Gallery 1988′s Idiot Box, a group show all about cult TV classics, (with object key below).. Serenity NOW!
P.S. There are a few extra items hidden in the piece for BIGTIME fans.
Because my favorite holiday of all time is coming up, I decided to zombify an old drawing for all you Halloweenies. And in return, you trick-or-treaters can give all your unwanted orange & black taffy candies.. I’ll even trade candy bars for them. Have a spooooky Halloween!
